When you send your watch to Repairs by Post, you are under no obligation to carry out any work.
Here is our pledge:
If you send your watch to Repairs by Post, we will first notify you of all the costs involved to repair your watch with an easy to understand repair estimate — That has no hidden charges.
Please be aware though; this is an estimate — We can explain why it's an estimate — read this, so you understand.
You have the right to refuse our assessment — If you do, we will return your watch immediately using our Royal Mail tracked service — No questions asked.
There is a return fee of minimum £12.95. To cover and protect ourselves from receiving thousands of broken watches — we have to charge a small fee. That goes some-way in covering our service centers time, postage cost both ways and packaging — we think that's more than fair. If you don't want to pay the minimum £12.95 return fee — we will dispose of your watch for free.
That said; we currently hold an 97% success rate for our repairs, so we hope you will be more than happy with yours.
You can read all the small print in our standard terms and conditions here: https://www.repairsbypost.com/information/repairs-by-post-terms-of-business
