If you have used our Royal Mail free post service, your watch is covered the up-to-the value of the service you chose. The standard cover for Royal Mail tracked items is £100.00. Royal Mail special delivery provides protection up-to £750 or £2500. You should first check what service you have used.
Under our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to file any claim with Royal Mail. The claim process can take up to 28 working days and is the sole discretion of the Royal Mail.
RBP managed claim service
Repairs By Post provide a managed claim process whereby we handle the application on your behalf including the filing of paperwork. We charge a fixed fee of £29.99. The settlement minus our fee(s) are paid to you. If you wish to dispute any settlement further charges may apply.
In the event of any loss, please notify us if you would like our team to carry out a claim on your behalf.

I used a third-party courier, what happens?
If you used a third-party courier such as DHL or Ipostparcels.com, you are responsible for notifying them of any loss and carrying out the claim process. If you would like us to do this for you, it may full under our "Managed claim service" see above for details.
